RCAA training session

In an effort to fulfill its mandate of promoting quality of products and services in the country hence make Rwandan businesses competitive regionally and worldwide whether in public and private institutions, developing different standards, conduct awareness and trainings, providing systems and products certification are some of the activities that Rwanda Standards Board does to fulfill this noble initiative.

Within the framework of RSB Action plan 2017-2018 to assist private and public institutions to achieve system certification as per ISO 9001, and following the request by RCAA, Rwanda Standards Board is training Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority staff on RS ISO 9001-2015: Quality management systems, 1st group from 17th to 19th July 2017; the second group from 20th to 24th 2017, and finally the last group on RS ISO 19011-2011: Guidelines for auditing management systems, from 26th to 28th July 2017.


RCAA training session

Implementation of Quality management standard by Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority will enable the Organization to continually improve its services, inspire trust and confidence in their customers/ clients and to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the services offered. RSB is encouraging other private and public institutions to come on board.
