Committee To Safeguard Impartiality
Committee To Safeguard Impartiality
Certification processes of the National Certification Division (NCD) are designed to safeguard impartiality in certification services. They provide a balanced involvement of all interested parties to prevent any pressures or other source of conflict of interests.
Certification decision made by RSB National Certification Division (NCD) is based on objective proofs of conformity (or non-conformity) that are established through effective audit process, they are not influenced by any interested or third parties, they are independent of any pressure of commercial, financial or any other kind that may arise.
NCD acts impartially in relation to its applicants and certified clients.
Certification is not restricted on the grounds of undue financial or other limiting conditions such as membership of an association or a group.
NCD does not use procedures to unfairly impede or inhibit access by applicants or potential clients,
NCD identifies threats to its impartiality on an ongoing basis; this includes those threats that arise from its activities, related bodies, organizations, relationships or personnel. However, such relationships do not necessarily present RSB with a threat to impartiality.
Certification activities are structured to safeguard impartiality; this includes balanced involvement of all interested parties.
